The founding partner, Giuseppe Addamiano, brings over 20 years of private equity and property experience and has been responsible for assets transactions and management in Europe for tier 1 players, such as Goldman Sachs and Tishman Speyer.

About us

Giuseppe Addamiano

CEO & Founding Partner

Giuseppe has over 20 years of private equity and real estate experience and started working in 2001 at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs Group) where he transacted and financed around Euro 2bn of Real Estate assets in Italy and France, on behalf of Whitehall Funds.

During his career, Giuseppe has overseen the strategy of over Euro 3 Bn of Real Estate Assets in Europe with 60% of transactions covering Milan and Rome markets and 30% in France and UK. He has expertise in all sectors of Real Estate and in particular: Office, Self Storage, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Serviced apartments, Multifamily, BTR, and Senior Living. Ranging from single asset transactions to portfolio acquisitions, development of new assets and creation of operating platforms.
One of Giuseppe most significant track record has certainly been the full redevelopment and repositioning in Milan CBD of a 12,000sqm Central office with GF Bank retail. Value was created by implementing international standard with high specs, achieving market highest rent.
Giuseppe participated in 2003 to the first Institutional Mezzanine lending of the Italian market and has financed and refinanced over Euro 2bn of senior Real Estate loans.
Other key developments and redevelopments have been ENI Headquarter in Rome, Piazza Enrico Mattei, Deutsche Bank Headquarter in Brussels, and most recently student housing schemes in Milan Bovisa.
Since 2017, Giuseppe has deepened his knowledge of an emerging income producing Asset Class, Student Accommodation and Co Living, participating in Residential assets developments from planning to building permit, working with developers and International specialized fund managers.
